At press time, the Jays had just won their second consecutive Centennial Conference championship and were on their way to the NCAA Mideast Regional Championships. 1. I trained with Bobby Van Allen in his first year at Hopkins and made really tremendous improvement under his coaching and leadership. His achievements with the Cross Country and Track teams deserve to be commended. I’m proud to have been a part of his team!
